Biomet, Inc. announced today final financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 31, 2013. This release replaces the Company’s earnings release dated July 11, 2013. The final results for the three and twelve months ended May 31, 2013 include the finalization of the goodwill impairment charge related to the Europe reporting unit and the correction of certain income tax accounts, which did not impact net sales.
