“After a two year hiatus, we are excited to bring the Life Science Industry Awards back into the spotlight,” says Bill Kelly, President of BioInformatics LLC. “Life science supplier companies are often working behind the scenes, and these awards give them an opportunity to be recognized for their significant contribution to scientific discovery. The huge level of interest shown by the scientific community in nominating the companies they consider best-in-class validates the prestige these awards confer upon the finalists.”
BioInformatics LLC will field an online survey that enables scientists to vote for the supplier offering the best overall solution in categories that reflect the range of products used in academic, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and government labs around the world. The ballot also probes for the reasons behind the scientists’ choice and for the elements that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Until September 29, 2011, life science suppliers will have the opportunity to encourage their customers to “get out and vote” for their favorite suppliers in all of the product and service categories. See www.lifescienceindustryawards.com for a complete list of the categories.
The 2011 Life Science Industry Awards gala will be held concurrent with Neuroscience 2011. The Washington Grand Hyatt is located close to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center where thousands of leading scientists will be gathering and hundreds of companies will be exhibiting at the annual Society for Neuroscience meeting.
Additionally, the Life Science Industry Awards will be sponsored by branding agencies, ad agencies, scientific publishers and other companies that support the companies that make the tools of science.
