EXETER, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: BNT), a specialty pharmaceutical company, today reported that, on December 30, 2006, the Spanish Ministry of Health adopted a regulation that lowers the amount the government will reimburse for several pharmaceutical products sold in Spain. The regulation takes effect on March 1, 2007.
