UDG Healthcare plc Release: Directorate Change

26 September 2016: UDG Healthcare plc (“the Group”), a leading international provider of healthcare services, announces that Chris Corbin, CEO of Ashfield Commercial & Medical Services, has advised of his intention to retire from the Group in April 2019. In preparation for his retirement, Chris will transition to the role of Chairman of Ashfield once his successor has been appointed. This will facilitate a phased transition of Chris’s responsibilities over the next two and a half years. In addition, Chris will remain as a member of the Board of Directors of UDG Healthcare until his retirement.
