In June 2008, Ms. Miller received the CLMA National Member of the Year Award from the international association of laboratory professionals for her activities as a volunteer member and her involvement in the planning, preparation, and promotion of the association’s national, regional, and local chapter meetings. She also worked to help attract new members and event speakers from leading vendor companies and healthcare organizations.
