Osborne has been appointed senior vice president of sales and marketing. In this role, Mr. Osborne is responsible for expanding the company's business across all OAOHS product lines, including the sale of the new flagship benefits administration system, Resolution(TM). He will report to Zan Calhoun, president of OAOHS.

Mr. Osborne brings more than 30 years of experience as an advisor to health industry clients engaged in devising and implementing transformational strategies and processes. Prior to joining OAOHS, Mr. Osborne was a senior executive at EPAM Systems, an onshore/offshore technology outsourcer, where he successfully built a solutions group targeted at large health plans. Mr. Osborne also served as a senior partner at Ernst & Young Consulting (now known as Cap Gemini), where he was a practice leader focused on health insurers.
Mr. Osborne was previously a principal at EDS Management Consulting services and part of the leadership team that created an integrated Health Insurance-Provider-Pharmaceuticals consulting group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Osborne served as senior consultant in the health practice at Arthur D. Little, devising strategic business and technology strategies to Fortune 100 health companies.
