A 34-year veteran of Quadrant EPP, Mr. Folk has maintained key roles at the company's US headquarters in Reading, Pennsylvania, with his most recent responsibilities as the Supply Chain Manager of the American markets. As the Global Business Line Manager, Mr. Folk will remain an executive member of the Americas regional leadership team and share responsibility for profit and loss with the regional Presidents.
Across the globe his initial primary focus will be to assemble and lead an expert team of versatile managers. They will be tasked to develop and implement strategic and operational plans to increase market position and boost financial performance in the cast & custom cast business segment of Quadrant EPP.
"When a customer selects custom casting they're seeking an economical alternative to machining or injection molding, more for small or medium production runs of fabricated parts," Terry remarked. "Custom casting is ideal for parts that are too large or maybe too costly for injection mold. Our unique process reduces scrap and cycle times with the ability to produce parts that have nearly unlimited size options."
Mr. Folk also stated that he aims to boost synergy among the international management group by leveraging all of Quadrant's vast resources to effectively reduce time to market.
