IRVINGTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:PBH) today announced the acquisition of the Wartner® brand of over-the-counter wart treatment products from Lil’ Drug Store of Cedar Rapids, Iowa for approximately $31 million in cash. In addition to the purchase price, the Company will be responsible for contingent earn out payments approximating $5 million to a former owner.
