In her new position, Canby is in charge of the company's national operations with responsibility for vendor management, eligibility, compliance and health plan management. Her primary objectives will be maintaining the company's high level of operational efficiency and quality standards, including exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Canby has more than 15 years of experience in benefits administration and health and welfare consulting, focused on design, underwriting, cost analysis, implementation and administration of employee benefit programs. She joined PERFORMAX in 2002, holding the positions of Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Client Services. Previously, she was Director of Business Development and Account Consulting for Huber Oros & Co., Senior Health and Welfare Consultant for Buck Consultants, and Health and Welfare Consultant for Yaffe & Company.
Canby received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
