A drug maker and seller is to move its corporate headquarters to Boca Raton from Wilmington, N.C. The Business Development Board disclosed the move by Osmotica Pharmaceutical. Osmotica’s conducts its primary research and development in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where it has about 40 employees. Osmotica Chief Executive Officer Juan Vergez said South Florida is an ideal location for his company’s corporate headquarters because it facilitates access to research facilities and business partners in South America, Europe, as well as the United States.
