NJIT Breaks Ground For $19.6M Life Sciences And Engineering Building

The New Jersey Institute of Technology held a groundbreaking for its new Life Sciences and Engineering Building on Thursday. Funding for the $19.6 million state-of-the-art research facility was provided by the State of New Jersey Higher Education Capital Facilities Grant Programs, including the Building Our Future General Obligation Bond Act, or GO Bond Act.

Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno joined representatives from NJIT for the event and praised the possibilities the new facility represented for the institute’s students and businesses in the state.
