MESA, Ariz., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- NextCare Urgent Care, leading provider of urgent care today announced the appointment of Bruce C. Hayden, CPA, CIA as its Chief Financial Officer/Executive Vice President of Finance effective September 6, 2005. Mr. Hayden will oversee all aspects of finance.
Mr. Hayden brings over 20 years of experience with high growth, rapid expansion entities in both the public and private sectors. Over the most recent years, he has served as CFO / COO in both publicly and privately-held healthcare and IT companies, with active participation in debt and equity markets. Mr. Hayden’s career includes tenures as CFO of World Health Alternatives, Inc., a healthcare staffing firm and Xybernaut Corporation, a provider of mobile computing products and services; Senior Vice President, CFO for Galt Associates, Inc., a software product and consulting services company in the pharmaceutical industry; CFO of UroCor, Inc., a leading diagnostic laboratory and disease management company; CFO of Columbia Homecare Group; EVP of Financial Operations for Medshares, Inc. and Chief Internal Auditor of First American Homecare. Additionally, Mr. Hayden spent nine years in public accounting firms providing audit, tax, and management consulting services to a variety of industries, both private and publicly held.
