NaviNet Open Claims Management brings value to payers and their provider networks by addressing the need to prevail over outdated manual processes and cumbersome claims workflows while complementing existing investments in NaviNet Open. • Claim Adjustment allows providers to correct and resubmit any claim regardless of whether the original claim was submitted through NaviNet, a provider’s clearinghouse, or even their practice management system. This gives all providers a self-service option for claim correction and eliminates paper forms and costly phone/fax interactions.

Claim Attachments enable providers to submit electronic attachments with new claim submissions and subsequently when payers request additional information for processing. This replaces the very costly and time-consuming process of printing and mailing paper claims and attachments.
