October 25, 2011 -- Shanghai Modern Hasen (Shangqiu) Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Shanghai Modern Pharmaceutical , announced plans to invest 277 million RMB ($43.6 million) to build a production facility in Shangqiu, Henan province.
