Medica Research Institute, University of Minnesota School of Public Health Sign Memorandum of Understanding

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Medica Research Institute (MRI) and the University of Minnesota School of Public Health (SPH) have entered into an agreement to jointly search for a senior director of the MRI who will also hold an adjunct faculty position at the SPH. The Medica Research Institute was established in January 2010 to conduct research that can be translated into activities that protect health and improve lives. The SPH’s research portfolio exceeds $90 million in sponsored projects, making it one of the most research-intensive schools of public health in the country.
