WINDHAM, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Maine Standards Company, LLC recently received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the addition of the analyte free T4 to the VALIDATE® THY test set. The VALIDATE® THY test set now includes total T3, total T4, TSH, cortisol and free T4 for easier calibration verification / linearity testing. This clearance will allow clinical laboratories to more easily complete their required Thyroid linearity testing and to maximize reportable ranges while minimizing manual dilutions.
