(Pink Sheets:LPDL) announced the expansion of its management team today through the appointment of William Carmichael as a Director and VP Marketing for the Company. Mr. Carmichael is a “Certified Professional Director” and has served as the chief operating officer and VP marketing for other companies prior to joining LipidLabs. The marketing role will be critical to the success of LipidLabs because each new product we acquire for commercialization will bring with it a unique set of marketing challenges.
