NEW YORK, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Kindred Healthcare Inc. (KND.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Monday it agreed to buy long-term acute care hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities from Commonwealth Communities Holdings LLC for $125 million in cash.
