Kellogg Professor Diermeier to Examine Quality and Reputation Management, Role of Regulatory in Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society Webcast

15 November 2011 -- The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) will host a webcast Wednesday, 16 November, examining quality and reputation management, and regulatory implications of the changing global business environment. Key factors, including an increasingly fast-paced news cycle, the rise of consumer-generated media, a heightened need for transparency and globally integrated supply chains, pose great challenges to regulatory managers. Daniel Diermeier, professor of managerial economics and decision sciences at the Kellogg School of Management and director of the Ford Motor Company Center for Global Citizenship will provide insight on how regulatory professionals can respond to these changes, dissect the role of reputation management and provide the latest insight on quality management in the RAPS Webcast, An Enterprise-wide Perspective on Quality: The Role of Reputation, on 16 November.
