Joffe Sells Part of LCA-Vision Stake

Business Courier of Cincinnati -- Dr. Stephen Joffe has sold more than half of his stake in LCA-Vision Inc., cashing out of a company he sought to control. Joffe is the founder of the laser-vision correction company. Last fall, he led an investment group that acquired an 11 percent stake in the company. The group included Joffe’s son, Craig, a former LCA-Vision CEO, and Alan Buckey, the company’s former CFO.
