Jeff Rubin Appointed Vice President Of Clinical Development At CIGNA Behavioral Health

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., April 26, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CIGNA Behavioral Health (CBH) announced today the appointment of Dr. Jeff Rubin to the new position of Vice President, Clinical Development, effective immediately. He has held various positions with the company since 1991.

In his new role with CBH, Dr. Rubin will work closely with sales and clinical operations to accelerate the company's growth as the preferred behavioral health solution for health plans that outsource behavioral management. He will also serve as a point of contact for health plans when they pursue outsourcing options, increasing member service and satisfaction.

Dr. Rubin received his B.A. from Antioch College in San Francisco, and his Ed.D., M.Ed., and M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and holds a post-doctoral training degree in Organizational Development and Consultation, from the White Institute. He has been recognized by the National Institute on Drug Abuse for contributions to the industry, and is a past recipient of the Edward J. Hornick Memorial Award from the New York State Office of Mental Health.
