The committee is led by Chairman Dr. Julio Frenk, president of the University of Miami and former Dean of the Harvard School of Public Health, and also includes Mike Liebhold, distinguished fellow at Institute for the Future (IFTF); Christopher Murray, director of the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME); and Raymond McCauley, biotechnology chair at Silicon Valley-based Singularity University.
