Razgrad. Huvepharma AD has begun construction of a new plant for Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Products on its production site in the town of Razgrad through its subsidiary Biovet AD. The official groundbreaking ceremony will be held on 16.10. 2010 at 3.00pm in Razgrad, the company said.
