Mike Hooven says his latest startup company, which is headquartered in the small Warren County city of Franklin, is in a race with some of the largest pharmaceutical firms in the world. Hooven is the founder and CEO of Enable Injections LLC, which will be seeking approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to market a disposable mobile device that would let a patient painlessly self-inject – with the push of a button – a large dose of a prescription drug to combat anything from cancer to hemophilia.
