* On the Metrics panel, McGrory will join fellow panelists from Pfizer, Abbott Laboratories, and TCS America for a discussion on measuring tangible returns of your IT investment. The panel will answer the key question, “Should we still use the same KPIs or does the industry want quantitative metrics?” This panel discussion will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15.

* Finally, McGrory will discuss “The Six Keys to Profitable Channel Relationships” during a breakout session at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15. With the pharmaceutical supply chain under more pressure than ever before, this session will provide practical insights into how members of the pharmaceutical supply chain can manage key relationships to positively impact the profitability of all parties. McGrory will discuss initiatives such as evolving fee-for-service agreements that have been touted as one potential solution to many channel problems.

Biography for John McGrory, President and CEO, Edge Dynamics

McGrory has served as president and chief executive officer since co- founding Edge Dynamics. Previously, McGrory was president and chief executive officer at RedKlay, an enterprise software and services firm delivering E- Business applications to manufacturing companies. (Fullscope acquired RedKlay in early 2002.) Prior to RedKlay, McGrory was president, chief executive officer, and founder at Applicast, an application service provider delivering comprehensive enterprise application outsourcing to manufacturing companies. (Agilera acquired Applicast in late 2000, combining to form one of the largest privately held ASPs at the time.) Prior to Applicast, McGrory was a consultant to several technology firms, including Oracle and Excite, and held positions in engineering, engineering management and business development at General Magic and Hewlett-Packard. McGrory also was a lecturer in the Computer Science Department at Stanford University, and he received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
