SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2005--A peer-reviewed scientific study of genomics company Chronix Biomedical’s first research product, a living test for mad cow disease (bovine spongiform encephalopathy, BSE), was published in July’s issue of Clinical and Diagnostic Laboratory Immunology. Chronix Biomedical’s product line for chronic illnesses is based on detecting specific genetic markers in the blood called Circulating Nucleic Acids (CNA).
