Chromosomal Laboratories, Inc., a leading DNA testing laboratory, has announced that it has appointed R. Vincent Miller, Ph.D., to the position of vice president and chief technical officer. Dr. Miller brings to Chromosomal Laboratories over 25 years of laboratory experience in academia and industry.
