SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Channel Technologies Group, LLC (“CTG”), a manufacturer of piezoelectric ceramics, transducers and complex sonar and navigation systems used in the defense, medical technology and energy industries, today announced that Ralph L. Phillips has been named Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Phillips succeeds Kevin Ruelas, who is leaving to pursue new opportunities. CTG was acquired by a group led by an affiliate of Blue Wolf Capital Partners in December 2011.
