A Framingham medical device company filed yesterday for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, listing assets of $3.1 million and liabilities of more than $17.2 million.
Cambridge Endoscopic Devices Inc.'s biggest listed creditors are three lenders: White Sand Beach of New York City, which resprents a group of debtors and is owed $8.1 million; Walter Winshall of Weston, Massachusetts, owed $2.9 million; and Joong Hahn of Sagamore, Ohio, owed $1.7 million. Nearly all the additional debt is loans of smaller amounts. Two local creditors are Goodwin Procter, owed $77,000 for services provided, and Gunderson Dettmer, owed $94,000 for services provided. Both are in Boston.
