VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - February 17, 2010) - Technology Vision Group LLC (TVG) is pleased to announce that the 8th annual BioPartnering North America (BPN) (http://www.techvision.com/bpn/) conference has had yet another successful year, setting the stage for TVG's 2010 international conference schedule that seeks to build a global life science network.
BPN 2010 brought together international leaders from the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and financial industries with over 800 delegates from 490 companies representing 26 countries attending the conference, allowing delegates to engage in over 2,200 face-to-face meetings and helping them expand their international business opportunities. The success of BPN means that to accommodate the meeting's growing popularity; next year's conference will take place in the Vancouver Convention Centre.

BPN offered delegates the opportunity to partake in a variety of interactive leadership sessions regarding cutting-edge themes of interest with companies such as OncoMed Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline. Other highlights of the conference included the discussion of deal making with big pharma, business opportunities for the industry in Asia and the future of the industry after the global credit crunch. In addition, the conference showcased some of the leading biotechnology companies of the moment in podium presentations, where delegates were able to introduce their companies, ensuring maximum exposure for their partnering goals and objectives.
