Disease Management accreditation was awarded for the ActiveHealth Informed Care Management program, a comprehensive physician and member engagement approach launched in 2003 and powered by the Company's proprietary CareEngine(R) Clinical Decision Support technology. Disease Management accreditation adds to ActiveHealth's other URAC accreditations for Utilization Management and Case Management.
