NEW YORK, Aug. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ramp Corporation today announced that its HealthRamp subsidiary has signed an agreement with 3Com Corporation to provide mobile point-of-care order entry, resident management and electronic medical records (EMR) mobile solutions to the long term care industry. 3Com is a tier-one provider of innovative, practical and high-value voice and data networking products, services and solutions for enterprises of all sizes and public sector organizations. Under terms of the agreement, 3Com and HealthRamp are committed to collaborate on the implementation of the CareGiver solution in long term care facilities nationwide. Because of the intuitive design, setup and maintenance of its wireless products, 3Com excels at making wireless beneficial to both the user and the centralized IT manager who is managing the network.
