AXM Pharma, Inc. (AMEX:AXJ - News) announced today that the Company has received approval to change the name of its operating subsidiary in China from Shenyang Tianwei Werke Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to AXM Pharma Shenyang, Inc. The approval for this name change was provided by Liaoning Province Bureau of Industry and Commerce and the Liaoning Province Ministry of Foreign Investment and Trade.
