Atossa Genetics Inc. said it is selling about 5.8 million shares of stock at $2.40 each that will raise about $14 million in gross proceeds. Shares in the Seattle breast-health company dropped on the news, falling more than 23 percent in early Friday trading, dropping 75 cents to $2.45.
