Atossa Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ: ATOS) today announced that its subsidiary, The National Reference Laboratory for Breast Health, Inc., or the NRLBH, has entered into an agreement with BioVentive, Inc. for the marketing and promotion of the NRLBH’s laboratory services. The NRLBH is a CLIA-registered laboratory in Seattle, Washington that offers anatomic and clinical pathology services as well as molecular-based testing on a nation-wide basis.
Steven Quay, CEO and President of Atossa said, “Although Atossa has distributors for its medical devices, BioVentive will provide critical marketing services for our laboratory, the NRLBH.
