(TSXV: ARP) ("Arura") is pleased to announce that it has entered yesterday into a letter of intent to acquire Silkit Pharma Corporation ("Silkit") for a base deemed purchase price of CDN$2,000,000 payable by the issuance to the shareholders of Silkit of 10,000,000 common shares of Arura.
