Previously, Ascent had relied on a paper-based model to track and report on all incoming customer complaints. Upon implementation of Sparta Systems' TrackWise solution, Ascent expects a timelier and more accurate reporting of complaints in compliance with industry standards, as well as greater control over other global manufacturing processes.
