San Francisco Health Plan Continues its Partnership with PerformRx® as its Pharmacy Benefit Manager

SAN FRANCISCO, /PRNewswire/ -- San Francisco Health Plan (SFHP), a community managed care health plan serving over 140,000 San Francisco residents, announced today that it is continuing and expanding its partnership with PerformRx to manage its pharmacy benefits.

Since July 2013, SFHP and PerformRx have been working together to provide pharmacy services to our members that improve patient outcomes while focusing on fiscal responsibility and financial performance. The continued partnership will help ensure excellent pharmacy management and benefit services for our members.
