Research shows that using a pedometer can increase physical activity and can be a great motivational tool to help people reach the recommended 10,000 steps a day. The HJ-320 is a simple motivational tool to measure daily steps taken. The easy-to-use pedometer offers two tracking modes including steps and distance. It also features an automatic reset, so walkers can begin each day with a clean slate, making it easy to track steps more accurately.
The HJ-321 is specifically designed for power walking and makes it easier for users to make every step count. The four tracking modes allow users to track basic steps, aerobic or "brisk" steps, calories and distance. The information can be stored up to seven days and resets to zero at midnight so you are ready to go every morning.
