Mologen AG: Oliver Krautscheid Reelected As Chairman Of The Supervisory Board
Berlin, July 30, 2015 – At yesterday’s Annual General Meeting of the biotechnology company MOLOGEN AG, Oliver Krautscheid was reelected as a member of the Supervisory Board. In addition, the Supervisory Board once again unanimously voted Oliver Krautscheid to the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Stefan M. Manth, MD, will remain in the role of Vice Chairman. The shareholders also approved the main items on the agenda.
