Dicerna Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dicerna Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:DRNA) (“Dicerna” or the “Company”), a leading developer of investigational ribonucleic acid interference (RNAi) therapeutics, announced today the commencement of a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock (“Common Stock”). The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
Dicerna intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for preclinical studies and clinical trials, with the remainder of any net proceeds from sales of securities being used for continued technology platform development, working capital and general corporate purposes.
