VIENNA, Va., June 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CEL-SCI CORPORATION (Amex: CVM - News) announces that it has received a letter from the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) stating that CEL-SCI has evidenced compliance with the requirements necessary for continued listing on the American Stock Exchange, based on the provisions of Sections 1003(a)(1) and 1003(a)(2), and the filings of the September 30, 2005 Form 10-K and the December 31, 2005 Form 10-Q in accordance with 134 and 1101 of the AMEX Company Guide. CEL-SCI's continuing listing eligibility will be assessed on an ongoing basis.
