AZ Central -- Q: I'm unemployed, in my 50s, and have been told to keep my college graduation dates off my resume to avoid any overt or subliminal discrimination by those who prefer hiring younger workers. But I thought dates of employment are needed on your resume. Isn't that the same thing? Should I keep all dates off my resume or will that disqualify me?
