3M Health Care Completes Acquisition Of Dental Preventive Products Company
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 2006--3M announced today that it has completed the acquisition of OMNII Oral Pharmaceuticals, a provider of differentiated preventive dental products, solutions and support for dental professionals. OMNII headquarters will remain in West Palm Beach, Fla. It will be a wholly owned subsidiary.
