Startanja, GmbH Issues Letter of Intent to Acquire Controlling Interest in Applied Digital Technologies

HAMBURG, GERMANY--(Marketwire - February 13, 2009) -

Startanja, GmbH, announced today that on February 10, 2009, the company entered into a Letter of Intent to purchase the controlling interest in Applied Digital Technologies, Inc, (ADTI). Startanja, GmbH will apply to trade the shares of ADTI on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, with application to the OTCBB to follow in the first quarter. Startanja is in the process of applying for its new Trading Symbol to reflect the direction and recent acquisitions of the company.

ADTI represents the convergence of Life Sciences and Wireless Technology. ADTI designs, develops and manufactures consumer applications of wireless Medical and Personal Identity Solutions, location and rescue products and Consumer versions of Military Security Solutions.

ADTI focuses on three core products, Life Link™, Biometric Identifiers and Electronic Medical Data Storage and Management.

ADTI's Life Link™ products are driverless, wireless devices that require no external power supply. The device is small, lightweight, shockproof and moisture proof. It can be written to about one million times, and is capable of approximately 10 years of data retention.

It is now offered in a lanyard delivery, key fob and a fashionable wristband product in addition to the microchip ID card for wallets and purses. Each carries emergency identification information, as well as contact numbers for immediate notification to 911 and first responder assistance, digital imagery including photos, test results and diagnostic data, creating the most robust, complete and accessible electronic health record and emergency identification system available.

The Life Link data band or lanyard contains a USB drive, which is easily read by any computer. Wearing the band, which is emblazoned with a Medical Emergency notification, toll free number to call and a user identification number, will allow first responders complete access to one's medical conditions, medications, as well as provide instant notification to doctors, family and emergency contacts.

Startanja will acquire Applied Digital Technologies, Inc. in order to bridge the US markets with its marketing conduit for European projects and to strengthen and expand on recently licensed and acquired technologies. Lambert Ostheim, Officer of Acquisitions for Startanja, states, "Now that the transaction is underway, the company may further pursue the US and European markets and expand on the undeveloped markets. ADTI brings a critical technological element to our overall growth and expansion plans -- one that is already being marketed with a recently acquired technology. It is a perfect fit."

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange, one of the largest in the world, lists over 16,000 companies and the majority are foreign. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange lists companies such as AT&T, Boeing and Eastman Kodak. http://deutsche-boerse.com.

The listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will increase exposure to worldwide capital markets and enable European institutional and/or individual investors to trade ADTI/Startanja common shares in Euro dollars.

Christopher Ponish, President of ADTI, added, "This is an important step for ADTI as it has been demonstrated that European investors have a growing appetite for access to businesses operating in the USA and abroad. Startanja has begun to strategically position itself for growth and expansion into every market place possible for the marketing and sales of its products, which will serve to expand not only our market share but create opportunities for our shareholders to trade within dual markets, while taking advantage of the declining US dollar in favor or the Euro. We will also benefit from the ability to utilize manufacturing facilities in Asia as well as benefit from a parent company with a presence across the world. We believe this is a great enhancement to the company, shareholders and rapid growth of our product line."
