Medical City Dallas Hospital Selects Beryl To Handle Inquiries For Heart Program, Internal Medicine

DALLAS, June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical City Dallas Hospital has selected The Beryl Companies to be its outsourced call center partner to handle telephone inquiries for a new comprehensive heart program, caller requests for a large internal medicine physician group affiliated with the organization, and provide physician referrals for all active Medical staff, approximately 600 physicians.

The agreement also includes providing physician referral services for 60 affiliated cardiologists and information on walking programs, smoking cessation classes and registering callers for health risk assessments. Additionally, Beryl will provide consumers referrals to a select group of internal medicine physicians affiliated with Medical City.
