Doda Named President Of DMS Imaging
FARGO, N.D., April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Doda has been named president of DMS Imaging, a member of the DMS Health Group. The DMS Health Group is a national diagnostic imaging and equipment provider headquartered in Fargo and an operating company of Otter Tail Corporation . Doda has served as chief financial officer for the DMS Health Group since 2001.
The appointment was announced by Paul Wilson, CEO of the DMS Health Group. "As CFO, Mark has been a key member of our core executive committee," Wilson said. "His experience and expertise will be an asset to our growth objectives for DMS Imaging as well as the DMS Health Group overall."
Since joining the DMS Health Group as chief financial officer in 2001, Doda has been instrumental in managing the DMS Health Group finances, vendor relationships, acquisitions, budget and forecast process as well as the purchase and management of DMS Imaging assets. In his role as president of DMS Imaging, Doda will focus on asset management, strategic planning, financial growth and customer service. Prior to joining the DMS Health Group, Doda was a senior vice president of RDO Equipment. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota.
The DMS Health Group operates through two primary business units, DMS Health Technologies and DMS Imaging. DMS Health Technologies sells and services diagnostic imaging and patient monitoring equipment.
