In the presentation, Mr. Anderson comments upon Arrow's progress to date on its strategies for growth by citing several of the Company's key operational metrics. Specifically, quality metrics are improving as evidenced by significant reductions in defects system-wide. Measurements which track customer orders indicate record high rates of order fulfillment and record low levels of backorders. In addition, manufacturing overtime hours have been substantially reduced and sales force turnover has returned to normal levels. Finally, new product efforts are increasing.
