Archinoetics, a Hawaii-based high-technology company that develops products to improve human performance, has a new spinoff company called Sleep Performance Inc. President and CEO Traci Downs said the company was formed specifically to market its "sleep bracelet," a wristband that monitors sleep effectiveness that will be sold primarily to doctors.
