GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aptuit, Inc. announced today the appointment of Thierry Amat as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Amat will oversee the financial and information technology departments of the company. He brings over 20 years of financial management experience in publicly traded companies and a deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Mr. Amat most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sodexho Inc., a publicly traded food services company posting sales over $7.3 billion. He began his career at Rhone-Poulenc, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, and later worked as Vice President and Controller for Global R&D at Aventis Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Amat, a native of France, holds an M.B.A from Northeastern University and a B.A. from Reims Management School.
